Swedish bread recipe

This type of bread is a very light and sweet dough. Delicious to share when it comes to tea or breakfast.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons yeast
quarter Cup of warm water
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 ½ cups hot milk
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
half cup melted butter
half teaspoon almond extract
1 beaten egg
9 cups of flour
Preparation:
Mix the yeast, water tibie and teaspoon sugar, let stand 10 minutes. In another bowl mix milk, the rest of the sugar, salt, butter and almond extract.

This preparation adds yeast when it is well dissolved and warm, also add the beaten egg. Incorporates four cups of flour, mix well and add the rest of the flour.



When you see that you can take the dough by hand, removed from the container and brings to the table previously floured, knead, cover with a cloth and let it leude until that double your volume. This past time kneaded again to get the air, given the way you want (you can be in the form of bread in the form of braid, in the form of ring, etc. and leads to the oven.) Cooking for about forty minutes at 200 degrees.
