Recipe of eggs poached in the microwave

In a previous post shared some considerations to keep in mind when making eggs in the microwave. Today then we can make this simple recipe for poaching eggs.

Ingredients (for two servings):

250 c. c of water
half tbsp vinegar
2 eggs
Salt

Preparation:

In a bowl suitable for microwave, put water, cover and heat for three minutes at 100 percent of power or to the point of boiling then add vinegar.
Casca the eggs on a plate, click the yolk and carefully slide them into the bowl with warm water and vinegar.
Kitchen a minute and a half or two minutes to fifty percent of the power. Let sit for a minute, withdrawn, is seasoned and serves.
