Recipe for cous cous with vegetables in wok

The cous cous is a traditional North African cereal especially Morocco and Algeria. Is made with durum wheat provides hydrates of carbon, fiber, iron and is low in fat, very nutritious.
Ingredients:
2 cups of cous cous
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon butter
Olive oil, c/n
3 carrots
2 Zucchini
1 zucchini
Red morrĂ³n 1
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
Dried oregano and Basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
In a pot put two cups of water, when it begins to boil, turn off the fire is seasoned with salt and pepper, add the cous cous and a drizzle of olive oil. Stir well to make the rice absorb the water, let it rest for about ten minutes.
Add the butter, turn on again the strong fire, keep stirring with a fork constantly until butter melts. Reserve.
Cut the vegetables into strips, takes a wok and skips it vegetables until they are cooked but crunchy. It is seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano and basil. It serves the cous cous, accompanied with vegetables.
