A delicious and original recipe: custard.
INGREDIENTS (6 servings)
1 litre of horchata
1 sprig of cinnamon,
1 lemon rind,
7 egg yolks
30 grams of cournstarch.
To serve, some cookies and ground cinnamon.
PREPARATION
Heat the horchata along with the branch of cinnamon and lemon rind. When breaks to boil remove and let it infusione 5 minutes.
Mix the yolks of the eggs with the cournstarch.Add to this mix sugar if you want more sweet. Add the horchata on the mixture, little by little, whisking at the same time. Return to put in the pot brewing it and put to heat stirring. After several minutes, when thickened a bit, put in bowls and let cool.
