PREPARATION
Mix the sugar with the soft butter until forming a cream.
Then add the eggs one at a time beating a little every time you add one. Add vanilla essence and flour to form a I bun that can eventually be handled with the hands. Stretch it and use basis in a greased foil.
Peel the pineapple and cut into slices. Use them to decorate the mass basis. If you are using canned pineapple mix half of the syrup with condensed milk, but you can prepare a syrup light 1/2 cup of water and 6 tablespoons sugar (heat together in a horseshoe to stir a little until it begins to thicken).
Pour over the pineapple and mix a little so that it covers well.
Cook over low heat until the mass is made.
If you prefer, pineapple with condensed milk and a little of the syrup can be processed to form a thick cream. With this you can decorate the cake and then cooking. The other option is to cook the dough first (click it well and cook for 10 minutes) and then use this cream to decorate. Lead to the refrigerator overnight.
